# HOA Safety

> HOA Safety (hoasafety.com) is a road safety and traffic enforcement company for homeowners associations (HOAs), property owners associations, gated communities, private clubs and communities with private roads in the United States. It provides AI stop sign cameras, speed cameras and pedestrian crossing cameras, plus traffic studies, and runs the whole enforcement program for the board: its own team reviews every violation, the board approves every notice, and HOA Safety mails the notice in the community's name with a link to the video. Stop sign enforcement is its specialty: patented technology that tells a full stop from a rolling stop, with three strictness levels the board sets per stop sign.
